Shipping & Returns
The time we need to prepare for shipping varies. We aim to ship as soon as payment is processed. We will aim to ship the same working day, via first class Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Shipping is included in the price of the piece

We gladly accept returns
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied or unhappy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns, as long as we are contacted within 5 working days of receipt of the purchase via email@example.com.
Unfortunately we will not be able to cover the cost of returns and will not be able to reimburse you for the piece unless we receive it back in the same good order as when purchased.
Given the unique nature of each of our pieces we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges.
