What if I love a ring that is for sale but it's not my size, can you resize it?

Yes we can. You can do this simply by going to the ring sizing guide here. Here you will the find the contact form, where you can request more information. It is also common practice for many of our customers to have their ring resized at a local reputable jewellers after purchasing from us. This is particularly helpful if you are very uncertain of your ring size or you would like to try out the current ring size.  Due to the antique nature of our rings, please contact us before purchasing the ring to make sure it is able to be resized, although this will be stated very clearly in the information section of each ring.


How will you ship my item?

At Penlington's of London, we offer free next day shipping to all customers within the United Kingdom. We use Royal Mail First Class Special Delivery, with maximum insurance and is customarily a next day service.

Once full payment has cleared, we will ship your item within 24 hours and we will send you your royal mail tracking number. Local duties may apply.

Item's that require resizing, we give approximately one to two weeks for work to be completed by the workshop.

Expected delivery times after item has been shipped:

UK Shipping - 1 to 2 working days

EU Shipping - between 7 to 10 days

Worldwide Shipping - between 1 to 2 weeks

Delivery times are an approximation and although we do our best to supply you with time frames, they do not act as a guarantee.

Packaging - All items are condition checked prior to packing. Antique ring boxes that may be seen in the photographs are not included when purchasing a ring unless specified.

However each purchase will come complete with a keepsake ring box from Penlington's and presentation packaging. If you are purchasing an item as a gift, please contact us at enquiries@penlingtons.com or via our web form here, prior to purchasing, stating that you would like to use our complimentary gift wrapping service.


Do you accept returns?

We want you to be happy. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns. On the condition that you comply with the guidelines below:

Please contact us within 5 days of purchase by emailing enquiries@penlingtons.com. Once a refund has been requested via email, an email will then be sent to you outlining the details of the return. Once you have received the email, item's must be shipped back to us within 7 days. The item must be returned in the same condition as when purchased.

If you have requested the ring you are purchasing to be resized to your specification then the item cannot be returned.
